How to get there
The easiest way to travel to the Algarve is to directly fly to Faro airport. There are two main alternatives to Faro Airport (FAO) to consider: Portela Airport (LIS) in Lisbon, Portugal, and San Pablo Airport (SVQ) in Seville, Spain.
If you are flying to Seville (Spain), remember that you will need to request two visa applications or a Schengen visa for Portugal and Spain, in case you want to come by car from Spain (non-EU citizens).
The distances to the venue are: Faro (45km), Lisbon (260 km) and Seville (250 km).
Once in Algarve we recommend renting a car to fully take advantage of the locations nearby.
During the days of the FRM 2023, we will provide buses close to some of our partner hotels to facilitate transport to the venue. Unfortunately, the buses will have a limited capacity, functioning on a first come-first served basis.

The Salgados Palace hotel is only 15 minutes away from the A2 and A22 motorways, 30 minutes from Faro International Airport and close to excellent leisure facilities.
One of the largest congress centres of the Iberian Peninsula with 23 meeting rooms and an auditorium that can host 1650 people. The NAU Hotel is located next to Salgados Beach, highly sought after due to its sandy stretch running along a coastal lagoon populated temporarily by migratory birds.
