Instructions for Poster Presentations

Posters are scheduled in 4 sessions, morning or/and afternoon, from Wednesday 3 May and Thursday, 4 May – Room Silves.

Mounting and dismantling instructions

The poster board size is 105 x 132,50 cm (portrait format). Please create your poster so that it fits this poster board size.

Posters can be affixed by double-sided adhesive tape or pushpins, available near your poster board.

Posters should be mounted at 8:00 am for morning presentations and between 11:30 till 12:30 pm for afternoon presentations.

During the mounting periods, assistance may be obtained from the Poster Assistance desk, where adhesive tape will be available.

Removal: Material from the morning sessions must be removed imperatively at 11:30.  Please respect this quick removal so that the afternoon poster presenters may mount their material. Material from the afternoon sessions must be removed after 18:30.

Important information: Each participant is responsible for placing and removing their own poster.
