Registration

The FENS Regional Meeting 2023 (FRM2023) Scientific Committee strongly encourages the participation of researchers, health professionals and students dedicated to the field of Neuroscience at any career stages. A link to the registration platform will be available starting 15 November 2022.

Participants interested in presenting their research work are also kindly invited to submit an abstract, which may be selected for a poster presentation or for a short talk at one of the symposia taking place during FRM2023.

 

Registrations fees have been defined as follows:

Registration categories:

FENS member – An active, effective, member of one of FENS member societies or societies associated with FENS.

Non-member – A participant from an academic or non-profit organization who is not a FENS member.

Student – A pre-doctoral student, i e, a BSc, MSc or PhD student (or equivalent). Post-doctoral researchers are not included in this category.

Low-income & Lower middle-income countries – A participant from a country listed as a low-income country or a lower middle-income country, as defined by the World Bank Country Classification.

Accompanying person – A person 18 years-old or older that will not attend any of the scientific sessions.

NOTE: FENS membership and/or student status will be checked upon registration and may be subject to confirmation on-site, during the event. Fees may be recalculated if the participant fails to prove its membership and/or student status.
